Hairloss cure - Say bye-bye to hair loss

1) Diet -
Eat foods that are rich in biotin, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, iron, omega 3 fatty acid as these have a direct impact on the hair.
Example of such food is soya bean, all dairy products, fish, eggs, almond butter, carrot, walnut, guava, seeds, Indian gooseberry, tomato, spinach, etc
Avoid foods such as spicy foods, sour foods, fried foods, white flour, white sugar, junk food, etc
Also avoid excess amounts of tea, coffee, pickle and, food with artificial color and preservatives.
Recommended Foods
1) Drink aloe vera juice once a day. Aloe vera is known to control and fight against hairfall. Don't consume it in the excess amount otherwise, it will cause you diarrhea.
2) Drink fresh juices of carrots, spinach, Indian gooseberry, lettuce as they promote hair growth.
3) Consume yogurt on daily basis.
4) Add sesame seeds to your diet. It will provide you a good amount of calcium and magnesium. It will protect you from hair fall problems.
2) Oils -
Oil massage on the head increases the blood flow to the scalp and promotes hair growth. Here is the list of some important oils that you can use while oil massage.
1) Onion oil -
Onion oil is my personal favorite because as you start using it, you can see its result in just two or three days. Onions are rich in sulfur so it prevents hair loss and ensures that you have shiny and healthy hair.
2) Bhringaraj oil -
Mix the dried powder of Bhringaraj with coconut or sesame oil and massage your head with it. Bhringaraj is called the king of all herbs and it is extremely good for hair health.
3) Brahmi oil -
Using it with sesame oil prevents premature hair loss.
4) Almond oil -
It is extremely rich in vitamin E. If you have frizzy, thin, dry hair then it is a perfect solution for you. It adds shine and strength to hair.
5) Sesame oil -
It contains manganese, copper, vitamin B1. It is recommended for frizzy and dry hair. It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is also recommended for those who swim in pools because it provides protection against the damaging effects of chlorine.
6) Coconut oil -
It prevents the premature greying of hair and strengthens the hair.
Tips for hair loss prevention
1) Avoid stress
2) Avoid smoking because it makes blood difficult to flow through vessels. So the nutrients and oxygen reaching to hair scalps decrease.
3) Have an adequate amount of sleep and rest
4) Avoid too much direct exposure to the sun
5) Avoid too much tight tying of your hair
Remedies -
- Use the dry roasted fenugreek and grind it. Then make a paste of it by adding some warm water apply it on the scalp and hair, leave it for 20 minutes then wash it with water. Do it once a week.
- Cut Amla (Indian gooseberry) and remove seed from it and then crush it. Extract the juice from it. Add one tbsp of lemon juice and then apply it to your hair for 30 minutes then wash hair. Do this 2 or 3 times a week. This will completely change your hair health.
